<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an adhesive-coated sheet improved in the adhesiveness of the adherend and printability by coating at least one surface of a sheet with a specified adhesive composition and smoothing the applied composition by passing the sheet between a pair of rolls. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. adhesive base comprising a mixture of 100 pts.wt. rubber latex with 10-70 pts.wt. protective colloid acrylic copolymer emulsion or comprising an acryl-modified rubber latex is mixed with 5-90 pts.wt. filler of a mean particle diameter of 1-10mum and optionally a stabilizer, an antifoamer, an antifungul agent, an antibacterial agent, a thickener, etc., to obtain a cold sealing adhesive composition 21. At least one surface of a sheet 23 is coated with the composition 21, and the sheet is passed between a pair of press rolls to press it under a pressure of 1-50kg/cm<2>, to intrude the filler particles 22 into the sheet 23 and to smooth the surface of the applied adhesive to a Bekk smoothness of 30-100sec on the average.</p> |
