<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a monoclonal antibody against a cell of carcinoma of the stomach or a substance produced by a cell of carcinoma of the stomach. CONSTITUTION:A monoclonal antibody has cell line LS174T of colon cancer as an immunogen, an Ig class of IgM(kappa), show reactivity to cell lines LS174T, COLO201 and SW1116 of colon cancer, line cell CaPan2 of pancreatic cancer and cell line MKN74 of carcinoma of the stomach and sialyl-SSEA-1 but not to cell line K562 of leukemia.</p> |
