PURPOSE:To automtize the setting up of various kinds of parameters in a press machine and to improve the productive efficiency by shortening the arranging and setting time for the processes using the press machine. CONSTITUTION:A signal about a forming condition that a computer 2 reads from a magnetic disk 5 is converted to an analog signal in a D/A converter 6, actuators 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d, 12e are operated with the signal passed through amplifiers inside various kinds or controlers 12, 13, 14, and a forming machine is operated following the specified condition. On the other hand, the signal of the movement of the actuators 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d, 12e detected by sensors 13a to 13e is converted to the digital signal in an A/D convertor 15 after being adjusted to a prescribed level with amplifier or attenuator 14, and fetched in the computer 2, then displayed on a display 16. |
