PLATE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE:To eliminate any possibility of producing electrical corrosion even in the case that a heat exchanger connected to an outside part of a plate-type heat exchanger has a copper pipe, prevent a brazed part of the plate-type heat exchanger from being damaged when the pipe is connected and further prevent the connected part from producing any poor connection. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate pipe 15a made of material having a lower polarization potential than a polarization potential generated between a main body 100 of a plate type heat exchanger and a copper pipe 15b is placed between the copper pipe and the main body of the plate type heat exchanger. The main body 100 of the plate type heat exchanger is arranged at a position spaced apart from a vertical line of the connected part between the copper pipe and the intermediate pipe. In addition, a coupler in which the intermediate pipe 15a and the copper pipe 15b are connected in advance by brazing or welding at a higher temperature than a brazing temperature of the main body 100 of the heat exchanger is arranged such that the intermediate pipe is connected to an end plate of the main body of the heat exchanger and concurrently brazed when the main body of the plate-type heat exchanger is brazed.
