<p>PURPOSE:To provide the subject porous cellulose capable of sustainedly releasing a volatile component therein into water, warm water or air for a long period of time, also capable of controlling the amount of its release, and disposable safely and easily after use. CONSTITUTION:A mixed liquor comprising viscose, a volatile chemical agent 2 and a foaming agent decomposable by an acid, is fed into a coagulating- regenerating bath where coagulation and regeneration process is carried out for cellulose while generating a gas through decomposition of the foaming agent, thus obtaining the objective volatile chemical agent-contg. porous cellulose.</p> |
