PURPOSE:To efficiently perform taking-over roll replacing work within a short time by providing a taking-over lift device, a feed device feeding a falling roll in a sheet transfer direction and a feed device receiving the roll to feed the same in an orthogonal direction to the taking-over replacing device of a calender molding machine. CONSTITUTION:In the taking-over rolls 3a-3f arranged to the rear stage of the calender roll 1d of the final stage, the rolls 3c, 3e are fixed on a taking-over line and the rolls 3b, 3d, 3f are attached to a common frame 10 through a roll chock 11 and the first roll 3a is supported by a lift device 30 so as to be capable of being pulled down. In replacing work, the roll 3a is allowed to fall by the lift device 30 to be transferred to a support stand 42 and, at the same time, the rolls 3b, 3d, 3f are raised by a hydraulic cylinder 13. A support stand 42 is moved to a truck 52 and the roll 3a is rolled to be transferred to the truck 52 to be fed out. A new taking-over roll is arranged on the taking-over line in the reverse procedure. |
