PURPOSE:To prepare a healthy oil-fried food by frying a semi-baked food in an oil. CONSTITUTION:A food such as an opened, dried and lightly salted sardine is fried in an oil in a baked state, especially a semi-baked state. A fragrant feeling caused by baking is imparted to the delicious oil-fried food to give a unique delicious palatability. The food is free from oiliness and heaviness and keeps its deliciousness even in cooled state. Sardine can easily be eaten even to its small bones. A healthy oil-fried food having delicious taste can be prepared by this process. |
