PURPOSE:To provide a working fluid which hardly affects the stratospheric ozone layer and can substitute for R22. CONSTITUTION:This working fluid comprises about 5 to about 50wt.%, pref. about 5 to about 40wt.%, trifluoromethane (CHF3), 0 to about 95wt.% perfluoropropane (C3F8) and 0 to about 90wt.%, pref. 0-85wt.%, difluoroethane (C2H4F2). |
