<p>PURPOSE:To achieve a prevention of the mixing of bubbles and moreover, efficiency of mold releasing by a method wherein a silicone gel raw liquid is covered with a film from a cavity end part keeping air from being contained into a surface layer part thereof, a top die is placed thereon to pressurize and heat and then, the silicone gel solidified is taken out. CONSTITUTION:A silicone gel raw material G0 runs into molding hollow parts 11 of a cavity 10 and a PET film 13 wound on a core rod A covers the surface of a silicone gel raw liquid G0 rolling a cylinder from the end of a cavity 10. Here, an excess of the silicone raw liquid G0 is pushed forward to make the top surfaces of molding hollow parts 11 flush the top surface of the silicone raw liquid G0. Here, the silicone gel raw liquid G0 is pushed forward to exclude air contacting the PET film 13 is a wedge. Then, a top die 14 is placed on the liquid and a pressure is applied thereon while a heating is made to solidify the liquid. Then, after the removal of the top die 14, the PET film 13 is peeled off slowly holding the end part thereof.</p> |
