The invention relates to a tube having a tube head which is provided with a fixed closure and a replaceable closure mountable on the tube head. The fixed closure is a membrane which completely closes the muzzle of the tube head, is integral with the tube head and made of the same material. At least the membrane and the adjoining portions of the tube head are made of a plastic material. A nipple is formed on the membrane in the shipping condition of the tube which is provided as an opening means for the rupturing of the fixed closure. The nipple protrudes from the muzzle end and is received in a recess in the replaceable closure mounted on the tube head. The nipple is constructed as a grip which loosely fits into the recess in the replaceable closure and, thus, is invisible in the shipping condition of the tube. This construction permits the fixed closure to be comfortably, reliably and completely removed from the tube head.
