PURPOSE:To continuously produce a microcapsule having uniform particle diameter and homogeneous coating film by using three components composed of a microcapsule including material, a water soluble monomer water based solution and an oil soluble monomer non-water based solution and connecting a storage tank, a porous glass pipe, an emulsion vessel and, a tubular reactor with tubular parts or the like in various combination. CONSTITUTION:The three components composed of the microcapsule including material made of a water based solution or a solid particle dispersed solution, the water soluble monomer water based solution and the oil soluble monomer non-water based solution are used. The various combination is formed by connecting the storage tanks 1-3 storing the microcapsule including material, the porous glass pipe 13, the emulsion vessel 11 and the tubular reactor 18 with the tubular parts 7, 8, 14, 15, 21 or spiral tubular parts 10, 17. Thus, the microcapsule having uniform particle diameter is continuously produced. |
