PURPOSE: To provide an observation and recording system for warning previously and preventing an automotive accident by having it combined in a wireless sending and receiving apparatus, and when an accident occurs, telling the accident information to the neighboring cars, then immediately making them require appropriate treatments. CONSTITUTION: Object location/distance sensors of a plurality of supersonic, laser, or ultraviolet ray distance-measuring and temperature remote-sensing elements 250a are provided at suitable positions around a car body V. They observe not only the individual directional zone A, but also the surrounding environmental condition by combining with the movement of the car body V and producing scanning action on objects outside the car. Cameras of several simple solid photographing elements 254b in order to take photographs of external environmental images are mounted at such suitable positions around the car body V as to overlap the photographing area B one another at a suitable distance off the car body V and to result in covering the wholly surrounding range. |
