<p>PURPOSE:To realize a releasable layer in uniform thickness, and to obtain the title foamed sheet, properties of which are hardly changed, by providing a process, in which a thermoplastic film having the releasable layer consisting of an ultraviolet curing type silicone resin layer on an external surface on the top face of the thermoplastic resin foamed sheet, and a process in which an adhesive layer is formed onto other surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin film 12 is coated with an ultraviolet curing type silicone resin composition, and an ultraviolet curing type silicone resin is cured through ultraviolet-light irradiation, thus forming a silicone releasable layer 13. The thermoplastic film 12 with the releasable layer 13 is superposed, joined and laminated on the top face of a thermoplastic foamed sheet 11 while positioning the releasable layer 13 on the outside. The other surface of the thermoplastic resin foamed sheet 11 is coated with adhesives, thus forming an adhesive layer 15. The joining of a releasable film 14 and the coating of adhesives can be conducted simultaneously, and curing by the silicone resin composition of the releasable film 14 can be performed easily by the irradiation of the silicone resin composition with ultraviolet rays after joining through a thermal laminating method.</p> |
