PURPOSE:To obtain a dropping device of dough for ABURAAGE (fried soybean curd) of fried soybean curd dough-feeding apparatus capable of accurately feeding dough for fried soybean curd to a mold box of a soybean curd frying machine without inclining or protruding dough for the soybean curd. CONSTITUTION:The dropping device consists of a base frame 56 longitudinally movably attached in the direction of a conveyer 10, a laterally turning frame 30 supported on the base frame 56 so as to enable lateral turning in the direction of conveyer 10 and a sucking device 22 attached to the laterally turning frame 30. When dough 54a and 54b for the fried soybean curd are sucked by the sucking device 22, the base frame 56 is retreated and simultaneously the lateral turning frame 30 is laterally turned. Thereby, dough for the fried soybean curd are placed directly above a mold box 12 of the soybean curd-frying machine. As a result, these dough 54a and 54b for fried soybean curd are accurately inserted in the mold box 12 without protruding or inclining these dough 54a and 54b from the mold box 12. Therefore, these dough 54a and 54b for fried soybean curd can be fed to soybean curd-frying machine without requiring much man power. |
