<p>PURPOSE:To form the film of a resin deposited layer on the inner face of a metallic tube at a desired thickness by controlling the resin powder in a mixed current to a uniform and desired concn. CONSTITUTION:A preheated metallic tube 1 is rotated around its axis, a resin powder is supplied into the tube, and the inner face of the tube 1 is coated with a resin deposited layer. A resin powder is supplied to a resin powder-gas mixed current feed passages 4a and 4b for the tube 1 at a fixed rate for each tube by a quantitative powder feeder 5 independent of the passages 4a and 4b and provided with a delivery device at its lower end and a powder receiving funnel 6, and a gas is supplied to the passages 4a and 4b at a fixed rate through a valve 8. The resin powder-gas mixed current is controlled to a desired concn. by mixing the powder and gas.</p> |
