NOVEL KILLER YEAST

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the yeast having a killer activity against bad wild yeasts by employing Candida.stellata and Hanseniaspora.occidentalis. CONSTITUTION:Candida.stellata and Hanseniaspora.occidentalis each having an ability to inhibit the growth of bad wild yeasts or killing the bad wild yeasts are employed. Consequently, the yeasts each having the killer ability against the bad wild yeasts such as the yeasts of the genus Hansenula or Kloeckera can be obtained.
