<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an element container tube which can almost prevent the load temporarily bundled with rubber rings from shifting. CONSTITUTION:A tube body 1 with a nearly rectangular section containing a plurality of semiconductor elements 20 in the inside is provided with cylindrical bodies 3a, 3b formed at a specified position of the upper face 1a and fitting holes 4a, 4b made at the underface and fitted to the cylindrical bodies 3a, 3b of the tube body at the underside when the tube bodies 1 are superimposed in the upper and lower sides.</p> |
