摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To easily form high differential pressure between a melting chamber and a casting chamber by pressing inert gas into the melting chamber while giving the condition of a melting chamber volume V1 < a casting chamber volume V2. CONSTITUTION:The volume V1 of the melting chamber 8 and the volume V2 of the casting chamber 9 are made to set to V1<V2. The casting material is melted with a melting plate in the inert gas atmosphere and the molten metal is poured into a mold in the casting chamber 9 and also, the inert gas is pressed into the melting chamber 8 and the high differential pressure between the melting chamber 8 and the casting chamber 9 is formed and kept to the solidification of casting. Further, the casting material is melted to the temp. of the m.p. of the casting material +50 -100 deg.C. Thus, the high differential pressure between the melting chamber 8 and the casting chamber 9 can easily be formed and further, since the low sp. gr. casting material is melted to the temp. having the overheat of 50-100 deg.C, the casting material can be kept to the high temp. at the time of casting.</p>
