<p>PURPOSE:To provide the denture with which the man-hours for production are remarkably decreased by fixing a previously produced dental arch by wax to a base plate formed of a material which can easily be matched with a working model, thereby obtaining a bite plate. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 1 or 5 for the upper jaw and the lower jaw is formed on a gypsum model as a matrix and the base plate previously formed of a thermoplastic resin in compliance approximately with the shape of the patient's oral cavity is pressed under heating thereto, by which the bite plate meeting the gypsum model is formed. The dental arch 3 or 7 previously formed of silicone rubber, etc., with which the dental arch of the gingival part can be deformed to comply with the patient's face shape is fixed by the wax to the above-mentioned bite plate, by which the bite plate 4 or 8 is obtd. The dental arches 3 or 7 for which 4 kinds of the base plates, 3 kinds of the sizes of the teeth and 2 kinds of the colors of the teeth are selected in conformity with the patient's oral shape are previously formed by statistically analyzing the patients visiting the hospital.</p> |
