The handle arrangement is for opening and closing a valve with a rotatable control body. It comprises a end cover (20), an intermediate part (22), and a bottom part (24) which together form a handle housing (16) rotatable around a stationary handle throat (12). Through the handle throat passes a rotary shaft (18), whose one end (28) is non-rotatably fixed to the handle housing and whose other end (32) is non-rotatably connected to the valve control body. Between the handle throat and the handle housing is a rotary spring (34) which is effective to rotate the housing to a starting position in relation to the throat. Between the handle throat and the housing is a manually and/or automatically deactivatable stop mechanism (50). |
