COOLING, HEATING AND VENTILATING SYSTEM IN HOUSING

PURPOSE:To provide a cooling, heating and ventilating system in a housing having a quite superior thermal efficiency by a method wherein some partition walls for defining a dwelling space such as a complex housing or a discrete housing and the like are composed of heat accumulative members, heat is accumulated in the heat accumulative members and fresh air is heat exchanged with recovered discharged air. CONSTITUTION:An entire partition wall F for defining a high air-tight and high thermal insulating dwelling space H is applied as a heat accumulator. The dwelling space H is partitioned into an under-floor space 8 and an over- floor space 9 by a floor plate 13. The under-floor space 8 is provided with a heat source 24, a forced ventilation fan dispersing either hot air or cold air got from the heat source into the under-floor space 8 and circulating the air in the dwelling space H, and a heat exchanger 26 for performing a heat exchanging operation between the taken surrounding air and the recovered discharged air and sending both of them to the fan.
