The preparation of a rice-based precooked dish comprises frying fish products in independent pans, and addition of the rice, and a sauce prepared in a large container. The pans pass through a stove, and then the remainder of the trimmings are applied, for solidification in a setting tunnel. Finally a cover is introduced onto each pan and the dish is wrapped in shrink film for shipment in boxed form. |
