PURPOSE: To provide a rotating atomizer head coating device which is provided with an ion bombardment charging means and improves the adhesion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The electrostatic coating device 10 for electrostatically spraying a liquid coating product has a rotating atomizer head 11 for atomizing the coating product made of insulative material. The atomizer head is connectable to a high voltage power supply and has a charging electrode 45 in the axial direction projecting to the front surface of the atomizer head 11 for charging the atomized liquid by ionic bombardment.
