PURPOSE:To provide the lubricant compsn. of which the waste does not adversely affect the global environment and which is excellent in lubricity, corrosion prevention of metal, antifoaming properties, and rot resistance. CONSTITUTION:The lubricant compsn. comprises 20-40 pts.wt. surfactant contg. no nitrogen atom (e.g. polyoxyethylene lauryl ether or a sodium salt of petroleum sulfonic acid), 1-10 pts.wt. at least one compd. selected from the group consisting of an alkaline earth metal carbonate (e.g. CaCO3 or MgCO3), zinc (II) carbonate, and an alkaline earth metal hydroxide [e.g. Ca(OH)2, Mg(OH)2, or Ba(OH)2], and 60-70 pts.wt. mineral oil (e.g. spindle oil). The compsn. contains 0-0.5wt.% nitrogen. |
