PURPOSE: To enable the nozzle of a hydromassage to be sealed in not using, by equipping a one-way valve to be closed by a pressure difference onto a tubular member, the nozzle for hydromassage, and a tubular sealing means to be closed by the pressure difference onto the outer periphery of the tubular member. CONSTITUTION: An inner box body 20 is rotatably set in an outer box body 10 fixed by rim 11 to an opening 9 of a bathtub 8, and a tubular member 40, the nozzle for hydromassage, is formed integrally with the inner box body 20. A one way valve 44 which is seated to close a front opening 41 when the pressure in the front part is higher than that in the rear part is mounted. On the inner box body 20, a tubular closing means 50 with an intermediate part 50a to abut on the outer face of an intermediate part 41 of the tubular member 40 to close between a chamber 28 and a front opening 22 of the inner duct 21 is equipped so as to make the tubular closing means 50 be displaced in the axis direction against an elastic means 51 by the pressure difference between upper and lower streams in the intermediate part 50a.
