ANHYDROUS FOAMED COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: To obtain a cosmetically elegant anhydrous foamable cream compsn. increasing its softness so as to form a very useful foamable anhydrous compsn. at the time of combination with water during use. CONSTITUTION: This anhydrous foamable compsn. is a combination of <=19% sodium cocoyl isethicnate with high concn. of glycerol, a skin softening agent such as oil having Vaseline consistency, ester and an effective amt. of a detergent additive selected from among sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium salt of fatty acid taurate, acyl glutamate,α-olefin sulfonate and neutralized lauryl phosphate. The effective amt. is usually 1-20 wt.% of the total weight of this compsn.
