<p>PURPOSE:To provide a swash plate type compressor of which the axis of a rotary shaft can be correctly positioned against the center line of a cylinder bore. CONSTITUTION:A swash plate 10 to reciprocate the double headed piston 15A in cylinder bores 13A, 14A is supported with a rotary shaft 7. The rotary shaft 7 is supported with valve plates 3, 4 through a pair of tapered roller bearings 8, 9. The tapered roller bearings 8, 9 are fitted into supporting holes 3a, 4a. Annular positioning projections 3b, 4b are projectingly provided on the circumferential edges of the supporting holes 3a, 4a, and circular positioning holes 1a, 2a are provided on cylinder blocks 1, 2. The positioning projections 3b, 4b are fitted into the positioning holes 1a, 2a. Pins 5, 6 are inserted through the cylinder blocks 1, 2 and the valve plates 3, 4. The positons around the rotary shaft of the valve plates 3, 4 against the cylinder blocks 1, 2 are decided by means of the pins 5, 6.</p> |
