PURPOSE:To secure a smooth movement of hot water by providing a filter in an annular port cross section between the tip of a tapered inner cylinder and a heating vessel in the lower part of the heating vessel, in that which allows hot water to circulate between a water storage tank and the heating vessel and executes a sterilization processing of an object to be processed in the heating vessel. CONSTITUTION:An object to be processed, stored in a hopper 2 is thrown into a heating vessel by opening a cover 3, and after the cover 3 is closed, cut-off valves 5, 6 and 11 are opened and hot water in a water storage tank 7 is fed into the heating vessel 4. In this case, heating is executed by executing electric conduction to heaters 4a, 7a until it becomes a prescribed temperature, and also, hot water is allowed to circulate by driving a pump 9. After sterilization, the cut-off valve 11 is closed, hot water in the heating vessel 4 is discharged to the water storage tank 7 side by the pump 9, and by opening an outer cover 10, the object to be processed is taken out. In the lower part of the heating vessel 4, an inner cylinder 4b whose diameter is reduced toward a discharge port is provided, a filter 4c is provided in an annular port cross section between this inner cylinder tip and the heating vessel, hot water is moved smoothly, and also, clogging of a filter 4a is prevented. |
