PURPOSE: To prevent deviation of a non-desirable material and to guarantee best positioning for a succeeding process by forming at least a material swelling part in a dedendum area in accordance with material displacement and the next return deformation in the dedendum area. CONSTITUTION: Toothed plates 3, 4 are cut from each one sheet of material strip in a follow-up tool on a precision plate blanking machine in working processes of several times, more particularly, three times or four times. At least a material swelling part is formed in a dedendum area by at least material displacement and the next return deformation of the dedendum area in the dedendum area. At this time, primary plate blanking is performed for a boss or a boss hole in a first working process, a free plate blanking is performed for the material strip for a succeeding material displacement and the primary plate blanking or shape finishing for a selection hole or a selection cam is performed. As a result, non-desirable material deviation is prevented and a best positioning for enforcing a succeeding process is guaranteed. |
