PURPOSE: To hygienically and automatically execute elimination of stool and urine of a patient, by equipping a mounting part to be mounted on a patient, and actuating a drive part when excretion of feces or urine is detected by a sensor equipped on the mounting part, and making to eliminate feces crushed by rotation of a fan through a hose means together with water. CONSTITUTION: This eliminating device comprises a mounting part A and a drive part. The mounting part A is constituted of a panty cloth like a diaper mounted with a pressing tube 12 and an eliminating device 2. The eliminating device 2 is connected with an attaching hole part 13 of the panty cloth 16, has an eliminating part main body with an opening part 40 equipped with a gap part for attaching on the periphery, and provided with a fan 5 turned by a motor driven corresponding to the output of a sensor 17 in a protruding part thereof. An eliminating hole part 6 is equipped on the inner bottom part of the eliminating device 2 and an eliminating hose 8 connected to a recovery tank at the driving part thereto. In opposite side of the eliminating hole part 6, a water and air supply hole is formed directing the anus of a patient. |
