PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric porcelain compsn. capable of making tauf close to zero or capable of arbitrarily and stably controlling to a desired value on the plus or minus side of zero as the center while maintaining epsilonr and no-load Q within a practical characteristic range and ensuring high quality even when firing is carried out at a low temp. or a firing temp. varies. CONSTITUTION:This dielectric porcelain compsn. consists of a compsn. represented by xMgTiO3.(1-x)CaTiO3 (where 0.925<=x<=0.950) as a base and ZnO added by 3-9 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the base. Especially in the case of 0.935<=x<=0.945 and 6 pts.wt. ZnO, 3,900-4,100 Qu, -5 to +5ppm/ deg.C tauf and about 21 epsilonr are attained and high quality porcelain can be ensured even by firing at a low temp. |
