PURPOSE:To provide a new food of sea mustard used as a food from an ancient times, having a new shape and functionality and to widen an active use field as a food of sea mustard. CONSTITUTION:Sea mustard washed with water and desalted to <=5%, dried, uniformed while being passed through 60-800 meshes of a net and pulverized until the diameters reach 20-140 microns. A new powdery sea mustard food having flavor and fragrance of sea mustard, rich in minerals and vitamins, can be prepared. The powdery sea mustard food is mixed with other food materials to give foods having new flavor and fragrance and minerals and vitamins. |
