<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a rolling cycle so that the target crown can be obtained only by adjusting the bending force of a roll bender without changing a shift position within an endless rolling cycle. CONSTITUTION:In a continuously rolling by joining different kinds of rolled materials with a hot finish rolling mill having the roll bender and a roll shift mechanism, preliminarily a rolling cycle for which a common shift range to each shift range being suitable for the target crown of each rolled stock within the same rolling cycle is present is decided, before the rolling is began, the shift position is set within the common shift range and the crown is controlled by fixing the shift position during rolling on one hand and adjusting the bending force of a roll bender.</p> |
