Device for loading and/or unloading goods into and/or from a ship

The device is provided with a frame which can be placed on the quay, for supporting a hoist component with holding means attached to it for holding the goods and transferring them between the ship and a further location. The device is furthermore provided with a loading/unloading platform which can be placed in the cargo hold of the ship and on which the goods can be placed. The holding means of the hoist member are designed to pick up and/or put down the goods from and/or on the platform. The platform and the hoist member have interacting contactless positioning members for positioning the platform and the hoist member with respect to one another. On the quay there is also a loading/unloading station.
