PROTEIN AS BIODEGRADABLE STABILIZER FOR OXYGEN BLEACHING IN CLEANING OF FIBER

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a biodegradable bleaching stabilizer having excellent cleaning power and comprising a specific protein and/or protein secondary product capable of forming a copper complex salt and to be used in a fiber bleaching system containing a trace of heavy metal. CONSTITUTION: A biologically easily decomposable protein and/or protein secondary product capable of forming a copper complex salt expressed by formula (R, R' R" and R''' are each a residue of amino acid constitution unit; prot is a residual peptide chain: X is H in the case of terminal amino group or prot in the case of intermediate amide group) is produced by using a collagen as a base and treating with an enzyme. When the compound is used as a bleaching stabilizer in a fiber bleaching system containing trace of heavy metal, the heavy metal is sealed and good cleaning effect is attained.
