PURPOSE:To control the meandering of an endless belt with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION:A meandering correcting cam 31 is supported on a rotary shaft 10a on one end side of a meandering correcting roller 10 via a one-way clutch 32. The one-way clutch 32 is not engaged when the meandering correcting roller 10 is rotated in the positive direction which is the conveyance direction of a transfer material, and it is engaged when the meandering correcting roller 10 is rotated in the reverse direction. When the meandering correcting roller 10 is reversely rotated, the meandering correcting cam 31 is reversely rotated together with the meandering correcting roller 10. The one end side of the meandering correcting roller 10 is rocked in the nearly perpendicular direction, i.e., vertical direction, to the belt tension direction in response to the cam face of the meandering correcting cam 31. The meandering correcting roller 10 is deviated in the width direction of a conveyor belt. The meandering of the conveyor belt is corrected by the deviation of the meandering correcting roller 10. |
