<p>PURPOSE:To enable the mass production by a serial process, and shorten the manufacturing time, and improve the productivity by using bar material as the raw material, and combining forging, which includes drawing deformation, and forging of mold for burring and bending appropriately. CONSTITUTION:A bar material is cut at a predetermined length by shearing, and bending is performed to a part as a grip part (a) and beveling is performed to the end of that part. Next, other parts (b) except for the grip part (a) is formed into the plate-shape by the forging for compression. A hole is drilled at a predetermined position of this plate-shape part to manufacture a handle of a latch for locking a gate of a load-carrying platform of a truck. As a result, yield of the material is improved, and the mass production by a serial process is enabled.</p> |
