The food prod. comprises 20-50% dried egg and 80-50% fried potato. It also incorporates consistent additives contg. salt, vegetable fat, yeast, preservatives and colouring, emulsifying and flavouring agents but not exceeding 1% of the mix. The prod. forms a semi-liq. paste which is fried in oil in a frying pan.
