<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a belt end section from being buckled by the compliance when the belt tension is released. CONSTITUTION:An edge guide holding member 38 is provided with the first coupling section 38a coupled with a support member 28 and the second coupling section 38b coupled with an edge guide 27. When the belt tension of a conveyor belt 7 is released, the edge guide 27 is moved in the direction separating from the conveyor belt 7, and it is separated from the conveyor belt 7. The first coupling section 38a of the edge guide holding member 38 is coupled with the support member 28, the second coupling section 38b is coupled with the edge guide 27, and the edge guide 27 is kept separated from the conveyor belt 7. No spring force of a spring 29 is applied to the side edge of the conveyor belt 7, and the conveyor belt 7 is never buckled.</p> |
