<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the surface of 'miso' in a container from discoloring or the quality of 'miso' from being affected by oxidation by adding an ultraviolet ray preventive agent to shield ultraviolet rays and a coloring pigment component on the transparent plastic material. CONSTITUTION:The title container is constituted of a colored transparent plastic container main body 1 for which a bottom is provided at the bottom part of an approximate square pole, and a lid body 3 of the same material to cover the outer periphery of the upper end part in an upper mouth 2 of the container main body 1, and on the skirt part of the lid body 3, a double-layer sealing material 4 of, e.g. aluminum foil and paper, covers 'miso' 5. For the container main body 1 and lid body 3, a resin with various capabilities which are most suitable as a thermoplastic resin for food container, which is generally called PET resin, is used. Especially, amorphous PET resin is superior in transparency, has a luster on the surface, and is non-polluting to food. To this transparent resin, an ultraviolet ray preventive agent to shield ultraviolet rays and a transparent red oxidant which is tinted to be similar to the color of 'miso' are added, and a pre-form is made by injection molding, and then, the shape of a container product is formed by performing biaxial orientation blowing.</p> |
