PURPOSE:To microcupsulate organic halogen compounds, etc., by using a coating film consisting of particulate organic polymers carrying inorganic particulates on the surface. CONSTITUTION:This microcapsule body has organic halogen compounds halogenated resin having functional groups or organic tin compounds as a core material and has a coating film consisting of an assembly of particulate organic polymers carrying inorganic particulates on the surface. The microcapsule body is obtained by capsulating the core material while the emulsion of organic polymers carrying inorganic particulates on the surface is coagulated by using a coagulant and the organic halogen compounds, etc., and is covered with a dense composite coating film consisting of the inorganic matter and organic polymers. Consequently, it is easily dispersed in other resins and the permeation and elution of the core materials are prevented. |
