The tray (1) is made of cardboard and has lines (2,3,4) impressed on its upper surface to brake and hold the food being loaded. These holding lines (2,3,4) are set in different zone of the surface and are formed by cross-troughs with small bulges. A raised edge (5) runs around all the sides of the tray and the under side of the tray is reinforced. The reinforcement is made up of different parts all formed into one piece and runs along at least one side of the tray. USE/ADVANTAGE - Esp. for ice cream packaging. It is made of an environment friendly material and holds food in place.
