Use of blends of mannich acrylamide polymers and quaternary polyamines for flocculating enzyme broth streams.

Blends of Mannich acrylamide polymers and quaternary polyamines have been found to be superior flocculants for enzyme broth streams yielding higher solids compaction and greater supernatant clarities than the use of either polymer alone.
