Cutting member comprising support means with circular surround, defining, together with a casing sheath 1 and a gripping piece 2, the housing for each disposable knife 3, which has at least one cutting edge 10, mounted on the periphery of the said support means T and, between the said sheath 1 and the gripping piece 2, a disposable knife 3 together with the wedge 4, the base 5 of the gripping piece 4 having the configuration of a rule which is guided in a slot 6, the gripping piece 2 being guided in relation to the sheath 1 and held radially in relation to the support means, gripping and release of the knife 3 with the respective wedge 4 being achieved by means of a screw 7 which passes freely through the sheath 1 and is screwed into a threaded hole provided in the gripping piece 3.
