PURPOSE:To meet the requirement that a motor should be made thinner by attaining a normal winding by, what is called, a flyer method wherein a winding nozzle is rotated against a work core section of a motor core, etc. CONSTITUTION:A winding nozzle 3 is held on a flyer 1 and a former 5 is installed concentrically with the flyer 1. The former 5 has a conical surface winding guide section 8. Inside the former 5, a cavity 7 is axially formed. By rotating the winding nozzle 3 with the former 5 being covered on a core pole (a) at the cavity 7, a wire rod W is guided by the winding guide section 8 and is wound round the core pole (a). By this method, a normal winding of the wire rod W with no space left between wires can be attained. |
