PORTABLE COMPUTER HAVING VOICE ANNOTATION

PURPOSE: To provide a text with an annotation means leaving a linkage track with respect to the group of a voice signal constituting voice insertion. CONSTITUTION: A voice converter 107 converts an analog signal generated from a microphone 103 to a digital signal which can be processed by a circuit except for an electronic device 34 and to the contrary, converts a digital signal generated from the circuit of the electronic device 34 to an analog signal to be reproduced by means of a speaker. Concerning voice in inputting, an AD/DA circuit 108 samples a signal generated from the microphone 103 and converts these to a voice bit string. A processor DSP 109 processes the voice bit string received from the AD/DA circuit 108 and sends them to CPU 61 as a voice bit. This voice bit is stored in a large capacity memory 83 consisting of HDU 84 or an IC card 57.
