<p>PURPOSE:To standardize and simplify replenishment and supply works by providing an output means for the delivery instruction of goods and the annexing means of an order card in a pack of goods for steady replenishment packed based on the delivery instruction. CONSTITUTION:The number of pieces of steady replenishment in a utilization department is recorded based on the data of a goods master table in which the data of goods are stored and a steady replenishment piece number table in which the number of pieces of steady replenishment in the utilization department is recorded in a master file 4. Also, this system is provided with a printing means for an order card 13 with a bar-code 12, a reading means for the order card 13 sent from the utilization department, a stock control file for recording discharge information of every utilization department which is read and the annexing means of the order card 13 in goods for steady replenishment packed based on the delivery instruction of goods by demand information of the order card 13. Moreover, the goods master table is provided with a medical demand code and also, has a separate medical demand code discharge file at every department.</p> |
