METHOD FOR ANALYZING PROBLEM OF NODE COMPUTER BY SUPPORT FROM CENTRAL SIDE, COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT AND COMPUTER NETWORK

PURPOSE: To provide a computer system for a solution for analyzing the problem of a computer node by support from a center side and its process. CONSTITUTION: A computer network 390 includes a first program running by a second computer and analyzes the problem of a first computer. On the other hand a second program runs by the second computer and generates a warning to transmit to a third computer. The warning includes a possible cause class involving a problem and a recommendation. The recommendation is reporting that special knowledge or resources are demanded for solving and is establishing remote access to a first programming means on the third computer side in order to obtain additional information on the cause of the program when the problem can be solved on the side of the first computer. The third program runs as the third computer and when the problem can be solved on the side of the first computer, remote-controls the first programming means so as to obtain additional information concerning its cause.
