PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit constitution, and to reduce a power consumption by making the number of bits of one frame of a synchronizing transmission module have a specific relation with the number of bits of one radio frame in a radio communication. CONSTITUTION:An STM frame multiplex circuit 301 detects the STM frame synchronizing byte of an inputted synchronizing transmission modules(STM) frame 31, and operates a required processing. A column conversion circuit 302 converts an STM frame 32 by 2<n> modulation system, and outputs an STM signal 33 of an (n) column. When the number of bits of one STM frame is S bits, and the number of bits of the radio frame is M bits, a speed modulating circuit 303 adds an empty time slot for a radio frame complementary overhead to the signal 33, and operates a speed conversion so that the relation of S=K.M can be established (K is a natural number). Then, a radio frame 35 is outputted from a radio frame multiplex circuit 304. Thus, it is not necessary to provide a speed conversion circuit in a repeater station, and it is possible to simplify the circuit constitution of the device. |
