摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To quickly and easily inspect the characteristics of an optical axis correction means in the case of mass-producing the optical axis correction means such as a variable apex angle prism for vibration resistance by providing a light projecting means, a light receiving means, a means for giving a specified driving signal to an actuator for varying the optical axis of the optical axis correction means, and a means for detecting a driving quantity obtained in the case the optical axis correction means is driven by the means for giving the driving signal. CONSTITUTION:This device includes the variable apex angle prism 41 functioning as the optical axis correction means, apex angle sensors 43 and 44, and the actuators 48 and 49. When voltage gradually changed from -AV to +AV at specified speed is impressed on the actuators 48 and 49 from a microcomputer 2, the angle state of the prism 41 is changed according to a current value changed with impressing the voltage, then the position of a light beam is changed in the light receiving means 8. Since a substance performing positional detection in two directions is desired as the means 8, a two-dimensional position sensor, for example, is suitable. As a result, relation between the impressed voltage and the angle of the light beam at that time is known.</p>
